Everspring interview questions

I completed 2 interviews with Everspring and felt very good about both interviews. I was told there would be possibly one more interview in person. I sent a thank you follow up email and I was ghosted by HR - Then, I sent THREE follow up emails over almost a month in order to finally get the generic response of “the team decided to move forward with other candidates for this role.” when I sent a message to the hiring manager saying I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from HR. I felt the process was very unprofessional as candidates invest their quality time in the interviews, and certainly deserve feedback & professional demeanor from the company’s side as well. Glad to see how this company operates before getting involved with them.

3 Stages. One over the phone, One over zoom, One in person. All with similar questions. With there finally being a little take home assignment. They gauge the type of person you are.
