Evident Change interview questions

After applying for the position I received an email to participate in a one-way video interview. There was about 4-5 questions asked and I would answer them on video for them to review at a later date. About 2 weeks later I was asked to participate in a 5 person panel interview. I did not receive an offer until about a month and a half later.
