Interview
I had a great interview process with Everyday Loans, I met with the branch manager as well as the area manager. They gave me a real insight into the position and what a realistic day to day would look like, they also were very honest and didn't just tell me the positives about the role. It was a very engaging interview and I felt like they were really interested in getting to know me for much more than what was on my CV. I have now been here for 3 years and can't wait to see where I can progress to!

Interview
Straightforward process. Application to offer in less than 2 weeks. Initial call with HR member who ran through the role and requirements in a telephone interview.
Then had a full interview in branch with branch and area manager. Good to see office where you would be working and meet the team. Competency interview. Very interested in previous work experience and how this role fits in to your career plans.
Know your examples, expect to be tested on previous experiences and be prepared to back up what you say.
2 week detailed training course when you first start goes through ins and outs of the role.
