I was first screened on the phone. Questions were primarily based around describing my work experience, what type of projects I'd worked on, what I was looking for. Call lasted for 30 minutes, and then I was told I'd be contacted if selected for round 2.
Round 2 consisted of coming in and meeting with team leads. Everyone was friendly, and questions were based around attribution, measurement, and identify trends and next-step action items. Met HR head as well as client team lead. Met with the CEO & then was informed round 3 would be meeting the rest of the team.
Round 3 was very casual. They just wanted to get to know who I was personally, away from a desk. A week later, they made an offer and I accepted.
