Applied online then had an intervbiew in office a few weeks later. Interviewer was best friends with my former line manager. They obviously knew that but still carried on with the interview. Complete conflict of interest. She laughed at my cv and constasly kept asking the same questions as a joke. Repeated the same question of how i handle stress when i answered it three times. My former line manager had obviously been told i applied here and they discussed beforehand.
