The interview process was lengthy, with multiple technical calls and was asked to do "tests" that took multiple hours. Waste of time and resources. Remove the tests from your interview process, and shorten the process.
First asks for some information over email. Then an online interview is arranged. During the online interview, you have to write code to solve a problem. Other questions also asked.
