Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer and how you handled it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Exabeam (Broomfield, CO) in Dec 2025
Interview
Standard phone screen by HR. Standard 2nd interview with department head. Informative 3rd in-person interview with team and went through questions and asked questions. Thought it went well but moved on with other candidates. Asked for feedback but no response.

Question 1
What would your former colleages say about you? How you handle stress?
The interview process consisted of a reach out via Talent Acquisition, the BDR Manager, and the BDR Manager with a local AE. The third stage was the most involved, where I had to write three emails and then pick a financial services cybersecurity standard and talk about it. All three stages went well. However, three weeks went by and I enquired and was told that someone with more experience than me got the job. I have three years’ experience in cybersecurity, which is more than enough for this role. I spent around 7 hours prepping the emails and the final interview and they couldn’t be bothered to let me know. I approached the ANZ MD to provide feedback on my experience, but he never replied. There has been a man at the last company I worked at who has been saying bad things about me behind my back so I assume it was that. Don’t engage in misogyny is my advice. Not cool. I hope they don’t think they can use my emails as that is my intellectual property and not AI generated as was asked.
