TIMEFRAME: 8 weeks from online application until ultimate job employment decision

HR: Communication is done by email 1st and stage progress communication updates are email only, throughout the 8 week timeline.

INTERVIEW STAGES: FOUR stages with 1-2 weeks of wait-time between stages.
1.) HR Phone Screen 30 minutes, HR entry level associate
2.) HR Phone Screen 1 hour, HR manager
3.) Virtual ZOOM panel, 4 or 5 Inside Sales Managers.
(EACH person is 30min ZOOM, Block a full work date for this)
Please note: An interview list with full names is shared prior to ZOOM day, however others may join calls unannounced.
Please note: All questions are HR scripted and repeated STAR-method questions. Minimal conversational dialogue, you really need to push fun, upbeat conversation transitions to be greenlit to next stages.
4.) FINAL PHONE 30 minute interview, Senior Inside Sales Manager
Please note: Scripted STAR method questions, repeated from Stage 3. Be prepared to answer why you want to work for the company, many times. This was a repeated question throughout each of the 4 interview stages. Have multiple answer versions prepared..

#2: Final decision made by either the East Region or West Region Senior Inside Sales Manager. Only two Sr Managers for ISR team structure. West Region manager is NEW to the company, 14 months on the job. Came from Pharmaceutical sales background, focus on SALES SALES SALES at STAGE 4. CLOSE interview at end. Sr. Manager focus ultimately on driving and hitting sales targets.
Example: "Insert OWN your business answers/examples here"
West Region Senior Inside Sales Manager wants to hear results/quota only answers, not aligned to otherwise expressed company culture and Exact Science's core values. Compensation package includes Quota vacation trips. SR Manager shared this detail without any questions being asked around compensation.
TIPS:
#3:HR Will give give hourly $rate compensation details without being asked on stage 1 or 2.
#4: Full company Benefits & Compensation package emailed after Stage 2 of 4 stage process.
FINAL DECISION:
Final decision is made in (2) business days. Voicemail message can be left after the 8-week, 4 stage process by HR. No contact with direct hiring manager.

Voicemail message left with generic regrets.
No references were ever requested at any of 4 interview stages.
Zero to no feedback is given even when asked for suggestions to improve in the future upon call-back.
