    Interview

    Steps:
    1) Phone screening (if your CV and Cover Letter were successful in attracting their attention) - during which you will talk about yourself, what strengths and experience you have, some technical abilities e.g. Excel, VBA, SQL, R and other relevant skills, very lovely interview overall, with a very friendly tone, and the opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company
    2) In person interview and assessment - receive a 5 task Excel and VBA exercise to be completed within 30 minutes (Excel - pivot tables, and general good grasp of formulas is essential as it is quite time-pressing if you're not well prepared, and for VBA - good grasp of conditional statements i.e. IF as well as loops i.e. FOR loops) after which you have an interview where your logic abilities are tested

    Difficult Interview

    (Translated from English)

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Exane (Paris (France)) in December 2012.

    Interview

Answer Question

    Negotiation
