Interview process is very good and not tough. I have cleared this interview as a fresher and got very good chance to work in Excel soft. This contains one written test and two technical round and then HR round.

Process: 1.) Telephonic round 2.) Written - 45 mins => This consists of four sections- a.) Programming - output of program kind of questions Design - Identify whether the design is good/bad and why..? Also, suggest how design can be made better. b.) Web Technologies - Some questions on HTTP and Asp.net c.) Database - Queries for particular scenario d.) Aptitude/Logical Reasoning - 4/5 questions 3.) F2F interview- 2:1 interview Major area they focused- a.) Previous project design discussion b.) OOPS - Design & Modelling c.) Web App Knowledge d.) Database Modelling e.) Algorithms f.) Performance Tuning - since it was in my resume 4.) HR round
