I applied online through the Excella website. A recruiter contacted me the next day to schedule a phone interview.
The phone interview was about 10-15 minutes long. The first part was the recruiter telling me about the company, and the second part was the interview, including very tactical questions about how I would establish relationships with clients and how I would elicit requirements.
I tried asking some questions at the end but the recruiter said the hiring manager would be better able to answer them. I'm not sure if the recruiter didn't know the answer, the hiring manager really was the best person to answer my questions, or if the recuriter had already lost interest in my candidacy and was trying to end the call.
I heard back a few days later that I wouldn't be moving forward in the process.
