Interview
I was referred for the position through a senior colleague who e-introduced me to the COO of the company. I was called for the interview to their office. More than an interview it became a 5-6 hours of chat session on everything going on in the industry. What I felt, what he felt - it was one of the best interviews of my life since I completely forgot that I was there for a job. The COO made me feel so relaxed, I guess since the company is set up by two gentlemen from New York who are both young, there style of working is very different and fresh. It was a good experience. As a second step I did a telephonic conversation with the CEO of the company and I was hired for the job.
