Executive Network Group interview questions

Two phone interviews, two in-person interviews. I spoke with the Ops Manager on the phone, interviewed with the person I was replacing and an experienced Director of the company, then second stage was with the Operations Manager and CEO. I was quizzed about my previous salary, and being inexperienced, I was honest. I was offered the job, but for 10% less than the original specified salary.
