This was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Interviewers don't try to catch you out and are very easy to talk to. There were standard questions about time management, experience and situational scenarios.

Question 1
Give an example of how you managed and prioritized multiple projects at the same time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Exertis (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
I went for an assessment day with exertis and all I can say was I was shocked by the whole process, I was heavily criticised for working for a competeor and made to feel ashamed of my achievements at that particular company (same job as I was interviewing for), I was heavily judged on my age (even though I had the experience skills and qualifications for the role) and the whole interview process was shocking, left feeling very bad about my achievements both professional and privet, I would avoid this company, plus they have a huge staff turn over 🚩
