Quick telephone interview from HR to determine whether I was still interested and run through a few knock out Qs. Fairly typical interview where they ask questions about your skills (and asked to rate skills on scale of 1 to 10), work experience and may have given a few situational scenarios related to the requirements. Think typical government interview, and you’ll do fine! Glad I didn’t get another interview, because I figured out from the in-person interview that the organizational culture didn’t suit me.

The interview was very easy. It was more like an orientation where they explained the duties and the different departments. You get hired on the spot and they give you your schedule.
