Interview
at first there was a face to face interview with someone who was in a high position in the company . I was not even introduced before asking questions. he asked me financed related questions and expected exact answers as per google . some of them i could others i could not answer. then i was taken for the writing test which was to evaluate my writing capabilities. two questions of 500 and 600 words were expected to be completed in 2 hrs. the 2nd question had calculations to be performed in excel . i could not finish and the interview ended after a certain time.

Interview
There were two rounds to the interview. The first round was a one-on-one interview where I was asked basic questions about macroeconomics and finance.
The second round was a three hour session where I had to write a 1200 word report on one of the topics given to me. I could make use of the internet for research as long as I wasn't plagiarizing from anywhere. The topics given to me were:
1. US-China Trade deal
2. Impact of Govt. Intervention on Economic Growth
3. Does scarcity mean redistribution of wealth.
After submitting the report, I was informed two days later over the phone about my selection.
Overall, the interview seemed okay to me.
