I had 3 interviews during the hiring process which took me almost a month. The first one was with the HR, the second and third were with the different members of the team.

Question 1
What do you expect to learn at EHN? What is your weakness? What are your strengths? Can you drive? Do you know anything about the housing consultant job? Tell me about your previous experiences and tell me about yourself? What are th emost diffuclt situations you that you faced during your previous jobs and why?

Interview
After submitting a written application I was contacted for a quick 5 minute phone call to check if I knew how to rider and bike and if I was familiar with Amsterdam. Answering yes to these questions I was then offered a half hour zoom interview.

Question 1
There were very few interview questions. The interviewer did not seem that interested in checking my relevant skills and experience. Rather most of the time was spent emphasising how demanding the role is, how young the team is and that flexibility does not exist in this role. The interview questions I received were focused on my salary expectation (Are you okay with lower than what you put forward as your expected salary?)
