Met with the owners about my sales experience as well as my experience in travel. Although, I had not been a travel agent before I had traveled a lot in the past. This isn't a requirement but you need to have a drive to learn and a drive to find clients and sell and close. Commission Only Job.
The process begins with online introduction videos. Then an in-person mutual interview is conducted. The interview is informal and mostly a “get to know you” session. Overall is was very simple.
