First convo was 30 mins and the rest of the interviews after that were ether 45 mins or an hour long. On the 3rd round interview they had me do a design challenge which essentially was a one pager. Had one interview after that but it wasn't a fit. Recruiter was really communicative and professional.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The recruiter and hiring manager were incredibly engaged. They spoke about the inclusive and communicative hiring process. I had four different interviews, one of them being a panel interview with the VP and another leader. Then I was asked to do an assessment. Throughout the interview process, I kept receiving calls and emails about the process. After the assessment, the hiring manager advised that they would be in touch with me within two weeks and that I would also need to interview with the director. For a graphic designer? Okay. I never heard back from her. I sent two different emails to two recruiter contacts about the position for next steps and to follow up, neither ever responded. It seems the culture they spoke about at the beginning of the process is a front to attract candidates. Disappointed in all those that I emailed and didn't even have the courtesy to respond. It says a lot about them and the culture in at Experian.
