Hiring manager called me out of the blue for an on the spot interview. I declined to interview on the spot, as I was at work, and rescheduled it for later in the week. A recruiter called me the next day for an on the spot screening which went well. The hiring manager missed our set interview time. I reached out to reschedule again, which he missed again. No communication from them. Very messy and unprofessional process.
