I had the initial interview with a recruiter who recommended me for a video interview with hiring managers. On the first video interview, I waited on the call for 45 minutes just to have to send the recruiter, Sean, an email to inquire about the status of the interview. At that point I was advised that the initial hiring manager had to have emergency surgery. I had to reach out to the recruiter to find this out after spending my time on the initial interview waiting. The second interview was scheduled during a time that I was not available, and I notified the recruiter that I wouldn't be available until after 9am...the interview was scheduled for 8:40am. That interview was eventually cancelled and rescheduled. When the third interview was scheduled it was scheduled for 3pm and the invite was sent. The recruiter called to tell me that the hiring manager was not available for 3pm, so they needed to change the interview time to 3:30pm. The invite was never changed, so I logged on at 3pm to be safe. I stayed on this call until 3:45 waiting on the hiring manager to join the call. No one ever joined the call and when I reached out to the recruiter to inquire he sent a screenshot of something and never made any further attempt to reconnect/reschedule. It was definitely a negative experience. It's an indication of the disorganization and lack of communication within the company. They should be more considerate of their candidates.
