Das Interview bestand aus mehreren Stufen. Zuerst ein Gespräch mit HR, aber die Kommunikation war etwas unklar. Danach musste ich einen Logik-/IQ-Test machen, mit Zahlenreihen und Mustererkennung. War recht anspruchsvoll, aber nicht direkt jobbezogen. Insgesamt neutraler Eindruck.

The company basically wasted several weeks of my time through several interviews and we’re only offering a basic manager salary for a leadership role. Going back and forth whether I was qualified for the role, receiving contradictory information at different stages. A very bad experience.

I'm a little bit confused. Could it be that you mixed the company? Because the only open marketing leading role we have is open since April 17th 2023. And we didn't hire any external agencies or recruiter to present us candidates and we didn't send an offer to anyone till today.
You are welcome to send us your application to our open role in Marketing. But keep in mind, German language skills are mandatory for this role.

Interview
ProvenExpert is a company I would refer any of my friends or acquaintances to. It started for me with an amazing hiring process and is now going great within a helpful team and an innovative product with a futuristic vision.
When I applied, I was a little traumatized by previous experiences, however, my recruiter was highly caring and supportive. She was carefully coordinating every step of the hiring process.
My hiring manager was transparent and did not give any false promises. As actions speak louder than words, I see today that in the whole company culture. The whole departments are reachable and we can discuss any issue, being solution-oriented.
Like for every company, there’s always room for getting better ( when it comes to improving products, growing, etc…) however, overall I would definitely not complain here - we’re getting there!
