Expleo Group Programme Manager interview questions

3 interviews (over 2 months) with different people at different levels. Final interview with 2 senior managers left me feeling that an offer was coming. The final words were along the lines of "we have a number of programmes and projects that you could jump straight on to".....It took almost 4 weeks to come back with feedback which was very vague and non specific to tell me that they had changed their position.
