Interview process was extensive, 4 interviews over a period of 2 weeks. A mix of behavioral based questions and questions aimed to understand technical skills. I did find they oversold what they position was and how much room for innovation their was within the organization.

Two interviewers were present. Each interviewer took turn asking questions. The process allowed the interviewee to ask questions at the end. A 3rd person asked salary and admin type questions after the initial interview.
