The interview was thorough on what the expectations of the role included which were mainly providing a great customer experience. Overall, it took about 45 minutes. They will contact previous employeers and your reference, if you're currently employed then I suggest putting co-workers as a reference because businesses can only confirm that you work/ have worked there.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
