Interview
You must go through two managers before getting hired, easy process. They will ask you a few questions about yourself and what you love must about fashion. If hired they will call you back for an on board process where they give you all you employee manuals and discounts.
Casual interview, one-on-one with store manager who was extremely friendly and tried to get to know me on a personal level as well as a professional one. Manager described the job roles more in depth, asked appropriate questions, and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Was offered position on the spot.

My first interview went pretty well, and the second went alright. I could've dressed better, and they never followed up with an offer or took my phone calls. I never worked there, nor will I pursue work there again.

Interview
I applied online and received a call two days later. The group interview was held at a coffee spot in the mall with two other girls and went very smoothly. I was asked questions about stocking, retail, sales, etc. I personally have had no retail experience and found the interview process to be rather simple! I was pulled aside for a one on one interview which also went smoothly and got the offer two days later. I interviewed for a sales associate position and was offered a stylist position instead.
