Interview
There was only one interview. They actually call your references. Questions were standard...what kind of experience do you have, what would you do in certain situations? They also expect you to have some kind of knowledge of current fashion trends...make sure to dress in a "fashion forward" manner.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
