Applications are online and must take the integrity test. If you pass the test, they will most likely call you in order to schedule a group interview or a 1v1 depending on the amount of applicants. Must be dress presentable to ensure that you are serious for the job. Confidence and being a fast learner that can work in faced paced environments is a plus.

a very simple interview and didn't ask many questions. I was asked to do 2 interviews. 1 at the store I applied to and another at the store where the regional manager had their main office.
I am in college and needed the experience so I thought retail would be a good fit to get started. Customer service jobs are always a great experience and can always learn something from every opportunity. They had expressed what they were seeking in an employee and I had answered every question with enthusiasm. After the interview, I was offered an offer on the spot.
I applied online and went in to follow up the next day. They set up an interview for the following day. When I had my interview it was really busy so my interview was only 5 minutes long. She asked why I wanted to work retail and what made Express stand out to me. I was offered the job the next day once my references had been checked.
