Interview
Very casual. Walked in about 20 minutes early along with another candidate. We were interviewed together by one of the managers. A very relaxed and low stress interview. At the end of the interview we were told to expect a phone call from the store manager and that he would make the final decision.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
