I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Expressions Holidays (Exeter, England) in May 2016
Interview
Applied via email and the same day received a reply inviting me to interview. The interview began with 2 short tests - one for personality and the other for literacy & numeracy - which lasted about 20 mins each. I was not warned in advance that there would be tests to complete. Then came the one on one interview with one of the company's co-founders, which lasted almost an hour. I received an offer the following day, which I ended up declining.
