1) a standard call with an HR
2) a call with a hiring manager and a team member
3) a panel discussion with 12 (!) people. It was a 1-hour call where every 20 minutes were spent with another group who had all the same questions the previous group had already asked.
Result: two weeks later I got a call saying that they had decided to stop hiring for this role at all due to the change in the company’s direction.
