Starting pay is about $11 and if you make 4 in-store sales per week then the next sales will be added commission. They mainly work in Sam's Club (Wal-mart), Best Buy and get people to sign up for Direct TV. They are able to offer special promotions you would not otherwise be purvey to if you did not sign up in the store (such as discounts and gift cards, etc). If you are looking for a starting in sales, retail or marketing it might be a good place to start.
