Interview
The interview had 3 rounds. aptitude and technical round, group discussion and personal interview. Overall it was not too tough. The whole process happened on a single day and the result was announced by evening
The interview process was straightforward, starting with an initial screening call followed by one or two structured interviews focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit, with timely feedback provided afterward.
Automated interview scheduled because of which one cannot contact HR directly for the feedback. Not recommended if you are not contacted by HR. SQL questions. I was seeing the post has been kept on reposted in linkedIn for months.
Primero una entrevista telefónica breve con recursos humanos. La entrevista era bastante genérica preguntando sobre conceptos generales de programación y sistemas. La segunda entrevista fue presencial con el manager contando las características de la posición.
