Interview
Initial online application with CV and cover letter, followed by online tests. If you're successful, you will then be invited to an assessment center. ExxonMobil said that you would receive a feedback report after completing the online tests however, I did not.
They did not know I was not a Malaysian national. During the ice breaking session between several candidtaes this was noticed, and someone noted that a mistake has been made. They did not proceed with the interview and I would have not gone anyway.

Interview
After filling out the online appliation form, I was progressed onto the online tests which included IQ tests and a situational judgement test. Then I was progressed to a Skype interview with an Exxon employee who asks " give an example of a time..." type of questions and you are expected to respond using STAR technique. The questions at this stage are non technical.
