Short and smooth , expect harsh questions and slight judgements , they will ask questions but would rarely listen to explanantions.From this you can infer their internal working system is based on "politics" as some people would say.No constructive criticism the interview started of by them asking me to ask all the questions and them remaining quiet other than the fact they only said their names.
