When was a time you were a leader put in a position where you practiced conflict resolution
Interview began with the usual explanation of my background. We then proceeded into a combination behavioral and technical questions. As a Master's student, the asked questions regarding my thesis. Additionally, questions were asked related to petroleum systems and how to evaluate resource identification incorporating geoscience.
