A week later, I had a formal interview with two team managers. They asked questions about my professional background, my understanding of integration and migration processes, the key skills needed to succeed as a Business Analyst, and my accounting knowledge, as their application integrates with financial systems. The interviewers were knowledgeable and structured in their approach, clearly aiming to assess whether I was the right fit for the role.
