FARE interview questions

Talked with multiple people over a conference call. First interview was technical and was very easy with fizzbuzz and recursive factorial. Other interviews were open-ended questions (non-technical) with the founder and some other people. It lasted for two hours. In the end, a waste of time since I did not get an offer. "After reviewing with the team, we have determined that another candidate is the most qualified for the requirements of our opening." No other feedback was given.
