      Talent Acquisition Executive Interview

      14 Mar 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FARFETCH (London, England) in Feb 2017

      Interview

My interview process consisted of 1 telephone interview and 2 face to face interviews. My overall interviewing experience was ok, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of feedback. After spending nearly a month in process, the least I would expect is a phone call with some feedback for me. As a recruiter myself I feel like the candidate should not have to chase the company for feedback. It has been over a month since my last interview and I have chased HR numerous times and still had no feedback. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

      Talent Acquisition Executive Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at FARFETCH (London, England)

      Interview

I had a phone call with a recruiter, then a face to face meeting with two recruiters from the team and an additional on-site meeting with the talent acquisition manager. Overall, all interviews were positive, people were pleasant and informative about the role. However, I have been massively disappointed by the lack of communication in between stages and people failing to get back to me when they said they would within two days. I ended up never receiving feedback despite emailing. That's already a really bad thing when something like this happens for any candidate, but when you recruit for your own team and speak about how candidate experience is important, this is really poor behaviour. I have been a huge fan of the business for years but can honestly say that I will never apply again. Such a basic mistake turning brand advocates into detractors, it's time to get serious about your process...
