After applying online I got a phone call from HR to do a screening regarding my actual background and motivations. I was then invited for a 1st interview. On this first interview I had the opportunity to know someone from HR and 2 people that would were on a senior position to the one I applied for. I was asked to do a bit of role playing, being placed with 6 different scenarios, which I liked. I did a good job and landed a second interview with the CPO. On this second interview I got asked different questions, more to do with career goals, motivations and to talk about my professional experience, challenges I faced and how I managed to tackle them. After this, they actually decided that I would be a better fit to a Lead PO and asked to comeback to get a better understanding of the job opening. I came back in order to ask a couple of question and clarify some key issues. I got a job offer ;)
