The interview is in 4 different steps. The team is lovely, always arriving on time and super nice. The process is very fast, they answer after 1 day. The interview was quite easy.

Diviso in 5 step: conoscitivo, approfondimento sulle esperienze lavorative, business case e discussione, approfondimento su situazioni comportamentali, colloquio finale.
Processo di selezione abbastanza veloce (in una settimana ero arrivata già al terzo step).
HR e area manager ti mettono a tuo agio.

No communication from recruiter - completely ghosted which is unprofessional and rude after several interviews. I followed up several times to see what was going on in the process and asked for a response regardless of outcome and never even received an automated email rejection. Would not recommend working here or using farfetch to anyone.
