FBC (Zimbabwe) interview questions

The interview was fairly challenging. It required somebody who new financial and model risk audits. You are first asked questions like tell us about your self. You need to Know IFRS standards and model risk management.

The position had over 3000 applicants and consisted of four stages comprising; General Aptitude and General Knowledge Test, Group presentation, Panel inteview and Psychometric Test. Candidates had to display thorough knowledge of the banking industry and the local market. Candidates had to have done a thorough review of the company and its products as well as the ability to suggest flaws and improvements to existing products.
