Interview
Was offered a position, tried to negotiate the offer then completely ignored. The pay range reduced throughout the process - the initial chat mentioned a higher amount and then the offer was lower than that (hence the negotiation).
There were three rounds: first with the marketing manager, second with a social media task, and lastly with the founder and the manager. Task was to design social media posts to attract B2B customers. The last one was a long talk with the company, which also involved a short questionnaire that did not affect the whole process.
