The interview process at FHI is structured yet welcoming, designed to get a well-rounded sense of both professional skills and cultural fit. It typically begins with an initial screening call to review experience and motivations, followed by one or more interviews with team members and hiring managers. These conversations often balance technical or role-specific questions with open discussions about collaboration, problem-solving, and alignment with FHI’s values. In some cases, candidates may also complete a short practical task or presentation to demonstrate their approach to real-world challenges. Throughout, the tone is professional but human, with an emphasis on dialogue and mutual fit rather than one-sided evaluation.
