I met with a recruiter to learn about the position and what the team entails. After sending my work over for the team to review, I got a call back to review with the Art Director and did a phone interview on the spot. I was then invited to meet in person and interview with another design director, team leads and brand director. After the whole interview process, I was given the opportunity to accept an offer on the spot.
