Interview
Applied online. Coordinated a virtual meeting with someone in HR.
Interview was videotaped for the hiring manager to review; they would determine whether they wanted to talk to you directly after reviewing the recording. Input regarding their project management process was limited since HR was asking the questions and providing answers.
Questions were not very difficult - pretty basic to project management.
Was not selected for an interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
My critique of the FINE interview process is entirely their "Career History Form". The questions range from inappropriate ("How was your education financed?"), to outdated, exacting info that verged on silly (high school extracurriculars and summer jobs).
The actual interviews speaking with people were lovely and HR was very communicative. I'd just recommend they take another look at that additional form. Bare minimum remove the "who paid for your college" question.
