FOE interview questions

The application is on paper. Once you have the application, you can fill it out like any normal basic application. Once it is filled out and turned in, someone will call you within a few business days to set up an interview.

I was contacted via telephone after forwarding a resume and went in for an interview. I was told that they would be in touch. After three months, I was called again for a second interview and was asked very personal questions ie. Are you married? Do you have children? What ethnicity are you?
