It took two months before I got an answer back regarding employment or not. The process to interview and make a decision does not take this long, please expedite this process further.

First interview was by phone. It went very well and the gentleman who called me reviewed all the details of the job, the pay and mentioned there would be travel involved. The job would require me to get certification and continue my education and training. Everything was going great and then we got to talk about pay and benefits. He asked me what I thought I could make an hour, he gave me a number in the mid teens. At first I thought it was a joke, but he said it wasn't. It is a very low paying job for someone who has a Bachelors degree and 3+ years of expeirence in a related field.
