Interview
Interview process was tedious and seems unorganized. First two rounds of interview seem to be both HR interviews (one for their recruiting partner, and internal), They are also negotiating my asking salary down. Afterwards, they said that next round of interview will be a "Validation" interview. Before this next round, I am asked to edit my resume to their format and fill out an online form.. All the questions in the online form are the ones they already asked me in the first two rounds of interview. Huge turn-off for me, and gave me an impression that this company has no proper process. I did not proceed further.

The technical interview was a positive experience because it focused on practical software development skills, real problem-solving, and clear communication, while also giving me the opportunity to explain my technical decisions and thought process

Apply the CV, and then going into an interview about the desired job, the person who you want to be. After that, I received the offer within a week later.
