I interviewed for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at FSP in Reading. The process began with a screening call that served as the first stage interview, followed by a second interview with members of the Talent Acquisition team. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their roles, which made for a genuinely positive experience.
That said, the process felt a little drawn out for the level of the role, with three interview stages. There was also a delay in communication following the second round, during which time I accepted another offer.
It would have been helpful, when asked about salary expectations in the initial call, to be given an indication of the upper and lower range for the role. This allows candidates to understand where their experience may sit within the banding and make informed decisions early on.
Overall, I really appreciated the time and effort from the team. With a slightly more streamlined process and greater transparency around salary, FSP could avoid missing out on strong candidates in a competitive market.
